Puzzle Parking System
CoPARK Puzzle is a semi-automated parking garage system that allows each space to be independently accessed and does not require a parking attendant. The Puzzle car lift is ideal for new construction or retrofit projects that have a minimum clear height of 12′ 8″. It is extremely versatile and is available up to 5 levels, with or without pits, and can be designed in tandem configurations with electric vehicle charging capabilities.
Designed in accordance with CSI MasterFormat Division 14 45 00 / 14 45 23 – Vehicle Lifts, the system aligns with U.S. architectural and engineering specifications for project planning and documentation.
Automated Puzzle Parking Solutions
Utron Puca is a Shuttle Automated Parking solution, also referred to as "Mat's" parking system. The system is composed of shuttles performing single path horizontal movements along fixed rails and shuttles vehicles on racks located perpendicular to both sides of the fixed rails.
The structure is made of concrete (with embedded rails) or steel (with rails attached to the steel structure). This allows the parking systems to range from single level to multi-level, and typically serve larger parking capacity (hundreds of spaces).
Regular Puzzle Parking Solutions
Utron Silo is a Conveyor Automated Parking solution, also referred to as "Mat's" parking system. The system is composed of stationary conveyors performing multi-directional movements of vehicles stored on racks, one per level.
Vehicles are stored on pallets on top of the conveyors yielding very high parking capacity. The conveyors array allow low-path movements which increase the system's redundancy, and lowers performance levels which are directly related to the complexity of the conveyors array arrangements.
